iPhone 5 boots to Apple logo, then logo fades off then restarts

Hi everyone, I am having a very annoying issue with my phone. I have replaced the battery 2 times, with both working for some time. It would eventually turn into my iPhone working, but shutting off at random with the battery meter indicating 60% left. It was like that for a bit, but now my phone won't even get past the boot logo and it keeps restarting on its own. Goes apple logo, 10 secs later, the logo fades off then restarts all over again. Please help resolve!

I do not know what you had tried so here is some things to try

- Hard restart (Hold power butten and home until apple logo appear)

- Turn on when connected to power

- When it is completely off, connect power

- Connect to iTunes and restore it

- Open it, disconnect the battery, wait 1 minute, reconnect it and reassemble the phone, plug into power

I have tried all of the above. The phone does not even get to the point of it being recognized by iTunes.

Take a look around your battery connector area you may have damaged some components that will cases a boot loop and for the battery percentage not to change much.

Here's my story. I used the App Store app to check my battery health as it was draining too quick and it showed the health of the battery at 36%.

Got a brand new battery and changed it. Worked for a bit, then powered off. connected my external battery to charge and it turned on showing 95% charge already. Did what I needed to do, and put it to sleep, got in the car, plugged it in to charge and heard the ding sound of adapter being plugged in.

Got home (15min later) and it was off again. connected external battery, no joy. connected to computer, no joy. pressed sleep and home together for a while. no joy. pressed all 4 buttons for 2-5 mins, no joy.

Finally, took the new battery out and put old battery in, and finally got apple logo. it kept doing the reboot loop for like 10-20 mins, and then powered up showing 44% full.

At this point, i'm thinking, Whiskey-Tango-Foxtrot!!!!

The new battery, when the unit was on, showed 100% health with the App Store app, but no good after a random short amount of time being sleep.

Any ideas?

In-Case this helps, I just found out that the new batteries I was sold were iPhone5c batteries which won't work on iPhone5s.

** Does not work in iPhone 5 or 5s

So, when you get a new battery, look at the numbers on the Label and specifically the one in front of the tag [APN:]

I'm hoping i can get my money back or replacement with the correct model #

I don't know the technical answer but I'm pretty sure its a problem with the battery and speaking of today I'm going to CPR to get some top-of-the-line Macintosh Memory installed into my Asus notebook and my phone's battery not working wasn't planned so I'm going to see if a new battery would work :)
