The iPhone 4s touch screen is not responding(LCD is ok). I've tried with another screen but does exactly the same, no response. It could be a problem related with the logic board?

I would try powering off the phone and disconnecting the LCD and digitizer from the motherboard and use a q tip with alcohol to clean the contacts on the motherboard and LCD and digitizer cable connecters. Then reconnected the connections. Also check to see if the ribbon cables have any rips and tares in them.
