iPhone on, black screen 1 green line in vertical

hi, 2 weeks ago i replaced my iphone 5s screen. the camera was damaged so i didn't connect it, and i removed it with the ear speaker, yesterday the camera arrived so i did the replacement. Everything was fine, camera was working, but the ear speaker was to low. so i turn off the iphone, remove the battery connector, removed the screen and i reinstalled the camera and the ear speaker, after putting everything in the place, i tried to turn on iphone but no success, so i tried to connect it to itunes. itunes recognised the iphone but the screen was always off. tried to restore but didn't change anything. Itunes keeps recognising my iphone and it beeps every 5 seconds. I searched in google for common problems and i saw someone saying to remove the metal plate protecting the connectors. i did it and now i have the black screen with one gray light. restoring won't change anything. the connector in the motherboard seems to be ok.
