iPad broken after change of digitizer

Hi. I´ve replaced the digitizer on my iPad and everything went nice I thought....

But when I tried to turn the iPad on nothing happens :(

If I put it on the cable or plug it into my Mac it is only beeping exactly every 6 seconds. I am able to recover the iPad via iTunes even without lcd and digitizer connected... but that doesn´t solve the problem... I reopened the iPad to have a look what is happened. All cables are connected and nothing seems wrong!!! I ´ve reattached the old LCD but the problem is still present...All cables seem good... The iPad was off when I opened it...

What may cause the problem? Please help :(

Im Not sure if the homebutton line is ok. May a broken homebutton cause this error? What to do now :( its broken !@#$...
