Can you fix my broken Micro-USB charging port?
I recently bought my Galaxy Note 3 online, in December of 2013. Everything was fine until my charging port broke. It will not charge anymore. To be specific, the teeth inside the charging port are broken. I tried bending them back so that the port will fit with the charger but it did not work. Is there any chance you can fix it?

I used tweezers with pointy ends to pull the pin out a little, the pin was straight up when looking into the port. Then a bent staple to get behind it and pull down from the top of the pin. then tweezers with wide ends to flatten the pin down. One tweezer end over the top of the pin and the other end outside of the phone.

My son's Samsung a won't charge I've had it to a shop and they said it can't be fixed aa you can't take the screen off easily, so would be cheaper to buy a new phone is this true.

Just google 'Samsung A3 repair' and dozens of YouTube demos will come up showing you what you can do. Don't believe the repair shop people. Here's one for starters ... https://www.youtube.co/watch?v=LV6cV_G6b...
First try charging by plugging into a lapto for about an hour, if the battery had been completely drained. (as suggested by a previous post)

The teeth of my port in my Android tablet were all CRUSHED! Like nothing left. Can it be fixed or must I buy a new one?
