Problem with a new rear case

Hi guys,

i've a little problem. I bought a gold champagne rear case for my iPhone 5 and i have noticed that there are some problems:

1) the volume keys don't make contact;

2) Missing piece of iron that keeps the power button.

What should i do?

Hi there you need to swap over the metal spacers from the volume and power keys use a little heat.. If to hard just use old keys
