Hi, I;m a dinosaur and wondered if anyone out there whoi is far more technically gifted can help? I have an Iphone 4s and the lower 20mm if the screen is unresponsive. This means I can't pick up missed calls, use the keyboard fully etc. Have done a full reset to no avail- Has anyone got any ideas what the problem might be?

Was it dropped lately that might have caused the unresponsive touch?
A new screen usually cures it
