Apple TV blinking amber and white light when connected to tv?

I have an Apple TV that had no power so I replaced the power supply and now it starts up but it flashes orange aka amber color and flashes a white light also. No picture shows up on tv. When connected to pc it won't show up in iTunes and the amber light stays solid.

Any ideas of how to fix?
