I have a Mid 2009 MacBook Pro 2.26 GHz and I wanted to know if it would be possible to get another logic board from a 13" MacBook pro mid 2012 or late 2011 and put it in my mac. Would the logic boards fit in the enclosure? Should I go with a logic board without thunderbolt? would i need to replace the screen or isight camera to get it to work?

No - the logic boards from newer models will not match up, you'll likely have display problems also (graphics cards and connectors are different).
You can use either of the '09 boards.
