If you tap or hit on the top,back of your iPhone 5s it will rattle. The same thing happens if you shake it, you will here a rattle sound from the inside. Please help!

The rattle that you are hearing is the Vibrator motor moving or rotating inside the iPhone. It is fairly common some iPhones are just louder than others.

it may be sim card in the tray or power putton, try removing the sim tray and hol the power button and shake, if you hear anything then something internal.
