I replaced my screen, and tried to turn it on, I got a white screen, so I tried to hold the home button and the power on button at the same time, I did this for a while but nothing changed. I can turn it on and off but its still a white screen. please help me.

If you have done the hard reset correct then I'm afraid you have a faulty screen
