Can I change only the glass of of my iPod
I got an iPod with cracked screen. I am curious if I can change only the glass. The screen itself its fine.

Since the glass is adhered to the lcd panel it would be safer and easier to just replace the entire display assembly. Most likely you would damage the lcd while removing the rest of the glass.

I got the glass removed already. The display is working and I purchased glass only but it hasn't arrived yet.
@ivaylopetroff, okay so if you already removed it, what was your initial question about;-)?
Is there something that connects the glass and the display?
It's called LOCA adhesive.
And what will happen if I don't use LOCA adhesive but simply connect the display and the "glass" to the mainboard ?
i would suggest purchasing the complete unit there not much more than the front glass, i get mine from www.angrypear.co.uk

@dextersweb the same was suggested by "johnny", except he did not try to push a certain vendor. You even validate his answer by answering the same way.
