The Entire Touch Screen Is Unreponsive
I cannot 'slide to unlock' the device. I have tried restoring the device, and turning off/on the device but no solution. Any suggestions?

You probably need a new digitiser there not expensive and easy to fit

try resetting the digitizer on the logic board ifixit has a guide on how to do it, if this does not fix your issue then you might want to consider a new display. it a may also be a board issue. happy repairing
