The button to make the volume higher is not working?
On the side of the machine there's a button that the top part is to make the sound higher, and the bottom is to make the sound lower. The part of the button that makes the sound higher isn't working. [ I think that inside it's really split up into two buttons, just outside they make it one]. How could I (or should I) open the device and push out the button to raise the volume?
