1 Is there a bluetooth in this particular laptop?
If it does how to operate it?

Please give us the products full name ex L300-11 so we can check it better, but one of my friends has an l-300 and im pretty sure it is intagrated with the wireless driver, also see users manual

thanks for your support..my model # is Toshiba Satellite L300 PSLB0A-08C022..i did go to the control panel and i could see the bluetooth icon but when i open it..there is just blank page.
Check Toshiba's Site to see if it does, it may have a slot for a Bluetooh radio, if so you can purchase a radio to enable Bluetooth compatibility

First thing you want to do is to check in your device manager to see if you even have a Bluetooth module installed. If it does let us know so we can help you out further, if it does not, you can always get a bluetooth dongle to add that function. Most did not have it installed, but give us your exact model number so we can try to find out. Your model number is on a tag on the bottom of the laptop.

I would delete it out of device manager and reinstall the driver. If you have the resource disk that came with your computer , it might be on there, if not then download it from the Toshiba Website. Which OS do you use?
