Top speaker phone mic quit working

Hello everyone. I recently replaced the screen and back on a Iphone 4s (Verizon). After putting it back together, I discovered the mic next to the headphone jack is not working. Everything else is working. I took it back apart and do not understand why it isnt working. Anyone have any ideas? What would it cost to send to someone to have fixed? Thanks for your time in this matter.
