Hi @johnpatrick
Some things to check:
-* Check that the dishwasher filter is clear and clean so as to ensure maximum water pressure is flowing during the wash cycle.

* Check that all the outlet holes on the middle spray arm are clear and not clogged. Water being pumped out through the holes causes the spray arm to rotate, thereby covering all the dishes.
-It is easier if you remove the spray arm so that it can be checked. Remove 2 locks on metal roller guides. Remove top basket. turn upside down on counter. Remove spray arm by prying one side in and lift out then push other side down and the out. Install same as removal. Line spray arm and turn clockwise till you hear a click. Install basket and install locking plugs.

If there is a problem and a faulty part is the reason, here's a [link|https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/42p128le6o-000582/kenmore-66513269k114-dishwasher-parts|parts list] that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the list and note the ''manufacturer's part number'' that is shown with it. Search online for the ''part number only'', to find suppliers that suit you best.
