Is there something stamped on the base of the unit on the right side under the cold tap as shown in your 1st image or is it just some water marks etc?

You may have to undo the hose underneath the basin and then unscrew the plastic retaining nut that is securing the faucet to the basin and then pulling the faucet out from the top
