Try to manually reset the laptop’s network adapters using Command input and check if you can successfully connect afterwards.

Type '''command''' in the search box at the bottom of the ''Start Menu,'' and then '''''right click''''' on '''Command Prompt''' when it appears in the results. (command doesn’t have to be typed in bold. I didn’t want to add quotation marks so as not to confuse)
Click on ''Run as Administrator''.
