You may have to search places such as [https://www.digikey.com.au/en/product-highlight/c/cui/surface-mount-audio-connectors|here] to see if there is a compatible replacement.

Look for ''conn jack stereo 3.5mm smd''  in the list and then click on the Adobe icon to the left of the item to view the datasheet to see if it is compatible with your pcb connection points.
