The IPDM E/R means “intelligent power distribution module - engine room”.

If the harness tests OK between the headlight connector and the IPDM E/R then there is a problem with the module and it needs to be replaced.

If there is no power to the headlight connector and the ground check is OK and if the harness tests OK between the headlight connector and the IPDM E/R then there is a problem with the module and it needs to be replaced.
