Hi,
The following images are from the 2003 Altima Service manual (lighting system LT) showing how to check the low beam headlight circuit

The IPDM E/R means “intelligent power distribution module - engine room”.
-If the harness tests OK between the headlight connector and the IPDM E/R then there is a problem with the module and it needs to be replaced.
+If there is no power to the headlight connector and the ground check is OK and if the harness tests OK between the headlight connector and the IPDM E/R then there is a problem with the module and it needs to be replaced.
