Hi @saifprogaming ,
Check if the cable which connects the USB port from the front panel is still connected securely to the motherboard.
If it appears to be OK check that the setting that allows the computer to control power to the USB ports has been '''unchecked'''.
-If you have Win 10 installed, right click on the ''Windows Start button'' (left side of Taskbar) and then in the options that appear select ''Device Manager'' > scroll down to '''Universal Serial Bus Controllers''', click on '''+ sign''' to expand the list > right click on a ''USB Root Hub'' entry (as I don’t know which one is for the particular USB port you’ll have to check ''all'' of the USB Root Hub entries in the list) > select ''Properties > Power Management'' and check if the option which says ''“Allow the computer to turn off this device “'' is '''unchecked''' and then click ''OK''. Then restart the computer and see if it now works OK.

If you have done all this and it still doesn’t work then perhaps there is a problem on the motherboard with the power supply feeding that particular USB port.
