My Apple Watch Series 6 - 44mm is not turning on,

My apple watch screen suddenly went bright green/yellow (see video). The digitiser still works and the watch hardware is ok (siri will answer). If its the cable, then I'll open it up.

Sadly the cost for a 44mm replacement is more than the watch is woth.

during the opening of my Apple Watch 4 serie, I broke the adhesive on the edge where the display cables are running, cutting the two connections towards the two corners on the bottom of the case.

Question: which is the technical function of this adhesive? is it strictly necessary? Is it available as spare part?

Apple Watch Battery Replacement

I have 2 extra cables on the side opposite the crown and power button. I do not see those in the guide. What are they for? How do I get around them.

I’ve replaced my apple watch 3 GPS screen assembly, and got no touch.

I’ve tried force restart, cleaning the connector with Iso Alcool.

But I’ve notice a sticker broken on the bottom half of the ribbon cable.

Or do you know hos to diagnostic a broken cable ?

Hi, unfortunately while changing the battery of my watch, I destroyed the bridge of the adhesive (with copper underneath) between the middle “island” and the right “island”. It should be connected like the left “island”. Hope someone understands and sees what I mean. Please see my photo.

Now, with the new battery, I cannot start the watch. The Apple symbol pops up for a few seconds, but nothing happens. Is this destroyed bridge the reason?

How can I repair the connection or get a spare part?

When I was trying to take the screen back off of my watch after removing adhesive and pausing the project for a little while, the screen wouldn’t come off.

I stuck a piece of tape to the screen and slowly pulled it off but I must’ve used too much pressure because I ripped what I believe are two copper traces in a flex cable. I’m pretty sure that I need to replace the whole screen assembly now (ouch) but was just curious what exactly I ripped and what they do.

How do I remove the digitizer from the OLED panel without ruining the OLED? I tried heat once and it burned the OLED, presumably since there was no glass to act as a heat sink. What’s the best way to do this? I really don’t want to ruin the panel… they’re so expensive. Thanks in advance!
