A máquina não liga
Interruptor principal quebrado

Vazamentos de vapor ou água na máquina
Vazamento no porta-filtro
Tente encontrar o local do vazamento. Se o vazamento de vapor/água estiver entre o cabeçote da máquina e o porta-filtro, a junta de vedação pode precisar ser trocada (o guia será vinculado aqui).
Vazamento na parte superior da máquina
Se houver vazamento de vapor pela parte superior da máquina, a tampa pode precisar ser apertada ou a junta de vedação pode precisar ser substituída.
O acessório de vapor não funciona
Acessório obstruído
É possível que o acessório esteja obstruído e exija desmontagem e limpeza ou substituição.
Água insuficiente
Pode não haver água suficiente para gerar vapor. Certifique-se de usar água suficiente.
Aquecedor de água quebrado
O elemento de aquecimento da máquina pode estar quebrado, impedindo o preparo de café ou a geração de vapor. Pode ser necessário substituir a bomba.
O café não sai
Café compactado com muita força
Se o café tiver sido compactado no porta-filtro com muita força, a água não conseguirá passar, mesmo sob pressão. Solte o pó de café.
Sem água na caldeira
É possível que não haja água na caldeira. Alivie a pressão abrindo a válvula de vapor e verifique se há água na caldeira.
Máquina obstruída

Não está saindo café suficiente
Água insuficiente
A água é perdida por condensação e evaporação durante o processo. Adicione um pouco mais de água.

Turned it in but won't work water in it put it sounds like the pump is not working any advise.

The issue doesn’t seem to be that the coffee is packed too tightly and no water/coffee is coming out, but that way too much watered down coffee/water comes out…nearly all at once. Am I not using a fine enough grind of coffee?

The issue isn’t that the coffee is packed too tightly and no water can get through, but that too much water/coffee comes through almost instantly, so that the result is very weak coffee. Am I using too coarse of a grind of coffee?

the machine should have water to make steam but the water from the group head was dripping and the steam cannot steam

Please update your instructions to include under NOT ENOUGH COFFEE IS BEING MADE the following:
After replacing the gasket, if there is still a problem, you will likely need to keep the old grounds in the attachment that holds grounds and run vinegar through the system. Just as if you are going to make coffee, run a carafe of distilled vinegar through — this removes mineral buildup.
I have used this machine for decades and routine maintenance means running vinegar through it once every two or three years.
Anyway — love your project and love this espresso maker! Keep up the great work!
