I have a Mac Pro that i Just installed a New Motherboard since it was causing Video to have line in it. But now it works...

Sound like the trackpad adjustment screw can be not adjusted right. Try to adjust the screw that is under the battery. I have done that a lot and it has fixed it. Or it can be the battery is old or has expanded and pressing up on the track pad. I would remove the battery and see if it works.

Have you all done the new update? I know the new Update fixed a lot of problems with that. Also might want to try a can of air and try to blow out under the button. sounds like it is a keyboard problem many people are having. Keep eyes open for a recall.

Have you made sure there plug in? Also make sure none of the wires are pinched. Might need to do a factory reset. And update.

Have ou try to Reset the PRAM and VRAM? That can cause a lot of problem if there not working right. Also do a backup and Might want to do a Factory Reinstall.
