Resposta para "Removing digitizer glue residue"What if you are only replacing the screen, and need to salvage the OEM digitizer? Most of the adhesive peeled off, but there is still a lot of adhesive left on the digitizer. How would you get it off without scratching the color off of the digitizer?
Resposta para "iPhone 4 proximity sensor not working?"Had the same problem after replacing a power button, proximity sensor teather cable. I fixed it using a UV filter/foam part that I got on ebay. I paid about $3.50 for ten of them. You need to take the screen off and place one in the square hole that the proximity sensor goues in, then put the phone back together. http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-Pcs-Proximity-Sensor-Sticker-Replacement-Part-For-iPhone-4-4GNEW-/280948225811?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash... I believe it is best to take the screen off when replacing the power button cable. If you don't remove the LCD screen, the LCD cables are in the way of the power button, and you have to hold them down while replacing the tether, which makes it easy to damage the cables. It's only about ten more screws to take the screen off.
Resposta para "After replacing screen camera app now stuck on shutter?"Thank you for posting this! That component was missing on my logic board. It probobly got knocked off when I did an lcd change. Since then, the camera shutter would freeze, and I could only use the camera from within a texting app, but it would freeze again if I tried to switch to the front camera. I made the jumper with a circuit-writer pen, and both cameras are working like normal again.
