I have exactly the same issue as described by zyt. If I use Line, Viber, or some other app to make a call then all Is well. If I use the regular/normal telephone, then people hear a very quiet sound with clicks and distortion. I'm convinced this is a software issue as it occurred only after the latest 10.0.2 update. Tried all of the suggestions on this post and others. It's software and needs a fix! Update (10/20/2016): Sorry, that should have read "exactly the same as zyt"!
