Managed to get the central one out. The upper one won't move, the lower one I've popped out with some force. This allows you to rotate the cover enough to unplug the various bits. Not ideal, but works. I've tried applying a lot of pressure, using the tighten/ loosen method, but the heads have just got mashed… no wonder Samsung are now No1, sigh…
I pushed it in quite firmly first, then applied pressure to the lens and out it popped.
I fear that the microswitch has gone on mine, I can set it off using the end of a biro, but the rubber button won’t apply sufficient pressure in the right place to turn the light on/off… brilliant lights, had it for about 5 years.
Although thinking back I did get it repaired once before (for free by Lezyne, after I got biblically drenched) so perhaps the bevelled plastic was smoothed a little during that removal?

Re: My earlier comment about broken / damaged microswitch.
A trimmed biro end-cap, inserted onto the underside of the rubber allows the required pressure to be applied, a bit Heath Robinson, but it works!!
