I bought mine the first week they were released. Never again. After installing and running iOS 13 with no change in behavior, I finally took my device into Apple and convinced them to replace my iPad Pro (happened to be a brand new unit, not reconditioned), and the problem is now completely gone (30 days at this point). I ran the new iPad STOCK (no added apps) for 5 days, just make certain there was nothing in my environment. After a week, I started adding things back… my case, my apps, some config changes… still all good. Then, the final test: a full restore to my previous setup. It’s been a month, and there’s not been one unresponsive issue. I documented everything I tried, and have followed this thread, with ultimately no success. Some things seemed to help, for a while.
