  1. Fatshark FPV Headset 1000mah Battery Teardown, Disassemble the Battery Case: passo 1, imagem 1 %32 Fatshark FPV Headset 1000mah Battery Teardown, Disassemble the Battery Case: passo 1, imagem 2 %32 Fatshark FPV Headset 1000mah Battery Teardown, Disassemble the Battery Case: passo 1, imagem 3 %32

    • Cut the adhesive label down the seam of the battery case.

    • Do not cut down into the case as puncturing the battery will cause a fire.

    • Separate the two plastic case shells to expose the battery inside.

    • Remove the tape holding the battery cells together.

    • Do not stress the tabs on the battery cells or short any of the metallic contacts on the internal circuit board.

    • Desolder the two battery tabs with black and white wires connected to them.

    • Do not short the battery cells or the metallic contacts on the internal PCB.

    • First, desolder the battery tabs from the PCB.

    • Second, desolder the main barrel connector wires and balance plug wires from the internal PCB.
