The screen was so busted up that the owner had stuck stickers on the places where the glass was gone

Awesome! The iSclack worked like a dream, had to use the screen sticker supplied and even then it was touch and go. I have never fixed such a busted up phone and it didn't take long at all, especially considering it was my first iPhone 5. The phone looks like new now! Thanks ifixit!!
