Meu Problema
The inevitable battery deterioration.
Minha Solução
Went as planned. Was easier than I expected, except removing the OEM battery. It had a LOT of adhesive on the back and got bent out of shape during removal. I did the R&R in about 10 minutes, but had some trouble after powering up the phone.
Meu Conselho
When we powered the phone back on, it kept saying it was "Searching". I took it apart three more times to verify I had everything lined up. After consulting Google, it was just a matter of setting the time & date and it was back to normal. Also, would have liked to have known to expect to bend the old battery if it has a lot of adhesive. It took a fair amount of force to get an end up and peel off by hand from there. And the plastic tools would have been nice to own, but got by without them.
