Macbook Pro HD replacement

A friend had filled his HD and needed to extend the life of the machine.

Minha Solução

The software cloning went smoothly with SuperDuper 2.6.2. Your video on the physical replacement was very helpful but I still had a problem when I reassembled it. I bent one of the threaded metal tabs when fitting the case back on and it subsequently broke off. The machine seems to be ok but the error is annoying.

Meu Conselho

Warn people that the tabs need to be carefully aligned before putting the keyboard on.
