Home button quit working after 14mos- just out of warranty.

Excellent- your guide was sopt on. Only thing was the glue holding the bezel on was a little tricky to remove.
Meu Conselho
Use an egg carton or ice cube tray to sort the screws by step as you remove them- also use colored Sharpie markers to mark the screw heads the same colors as in the ifixit photos.
