Minha Solução

The replacement was simple thanks to IFIXIT! Before even cracking open the case I knew which tools I needed, the task at hand, and the basic time I would need to allot for the job. I swapped out my lid assembly with ease and no surprises and my Macbook is back up and running as good as new.

Meu Conselho

Don't be that person that just dives in to your repair without a little research. Apple is infamous for coming up with odd sized hardware, weird processes to get to where you need to go, and ultra delicate parts. Watch the video's IFIXIT provides, read the instructions and you will be back to work in no time!
