replace noisy left fan

The Left Fan was still working, but making very scary noises as it heated up.

Minha Solução

I waited too long to order a new fan. In fact I first ordered the wrong one, and Ifixit very graciously allowed me to return it, but by the time the right fan arrived, I may have "cooked" my hard drive. I changed the hard drive at the same time as the fan, and I followed your instructions which were excellent, and my repair went well, and I am very happy to have my old laptop back and in good working condition Thank you Ifixit.

Yes, change a noisy fan right away, and consider the more expensive but quicker shipping method. (might have saved me my hard drive. Luckily, I did make regular back ups)
