Meu Problema
My charger wouldn't play nice with my laptop even though it was new so I figured it had to be the MagSafe connector.
Minha Solução
I was really nervous but armed myself with my 00 screwdriver and spudger. My sister provided moral support, comic relief, read me the instructions and held a bright light over my laptop. I'll admit it was a real nail biter but it needn't have been as the instructions were flawless and I DID IT!!! I live hundreds of miles for the closest repair place and my laptop is a real lifeline for me to stay connected with the world. Thanks you ifixit for your excellent work!

Relax. The only tricky parts were disconnecting the metal ribbon and then taking out the old device. Just be patient and follow the instructions. Don't overpower it.
