I hate heat guns/hair dryers

iPod Touch fell hard for a dark seductress known as "asphalt." Sad to say, the encounter left him in pieces.

Minha Solução

Using a hair dryer as a heat gun was interesting and noisy, but it worked in the end. I still hate them, though; give me screws and a screwdriver any day. The screen doesn't sit flush with the rest of the device, I'll have to disassemble again to see if I can get that right.

This is not an easy fix, and it probably won't turn out perfect on the first try. Have patience, and get help if you get stuck.
