The iphone 6s plus other than the rear camera works perfectly. Replacing the camera was significantly more cost effective than buying another iphone.
The instructional videos are key to a successful repair. The replacement camera and screen adhesive seal have excellent fit and quality. I have purchase similar parts from other vendors at a lower price, but they are not as good and with poor reliability. From several years of past experience buying iphone parts from many different sources, iFIXIT parts have never failed on my repair projects. This is the second reason I stay with iFIXIT parts and tools.
Study the iFIXIT instructions. Use only parts and tools from iFIXIT. This will avoid the chance of getting some low quality replacement part. Take the extra time to clean off all of the display to main body adhesive/seal.

Videos were unwatchable at some extremes. It was mainly very annoying trying to take pictures.
The repair was easier than expected after watching the video. It only took about an hour. The screws near the camera were a little of a pain as they are ferrous and attract to the camera.
Small tweezers help. I also used old hotel keycards to separate the screen from the case. They were out of the kits with all the tools so i had to be resourceful.

Rear camera had random vibrations/blurry image
Ifixit instructions were perfect. Reassembly is much harder than disassembly. I highly recommend getting a strong pair of magnifying glasses, those screws and connectors are really small and delicate.

I also printed on paper the images of the screw layouts from the Ifixit instructions, then put two sided clear tape over the image so I could stick the screws to the layout for easy reassembly.

Camera & Flash were unoperable. Apple Store in Geneva, Switzerland were not able to fix it and proposed a replacement for CHF 300+
