will a heat gun work?
or maybe I could rig up my hair straightener... What temp is that heat set at? I really like the way you cut the glue. Is that beading wire or fishing line? smart though!
Perhaps you can find a video in which the camera man doesn’t shoot the back of the technician’s hand when he’s accomplishing the critical step in the disassembly.

Would have been better if the repair had been done on camera!! Some of the removals were off screen and the start where the hinged unit was removed, what was going on there? Still images may have been a a help,
