I would rather have a picture and written step by step, he doesn’t say some parts what is called

Me too. I would appreciate knowing the size and type of all screws and standoffs and where they go.
I most likely mixed up a few of them and now the screen stays black.

First, DISCONNECT the battery before ANY connections, and the battery should be the last thing you re-connect. And you DO NOT need to remove the logic board.

Just completed this repair. Wow it’s tricky but as echoed above, I would try and disconnect battery first although design of the iPhone 11 makes it very difficult to do this. Also, definitely don’t remove logic board and you don’t have to remove the battery either. Removing battery possibly makes it very slightly easier but if you take your time it’s not necessary. Good luck

IS not there a problem with at chip on the charging flex, that causes warnings and or re-boots I have been reading about somewhere?I mean, fitting it is easy enough, but APPPPle keeps annoying customers trying to stop them going to independent shops or doing repairs themselves!

The 11's do not have that feature,I believe it's the 12 and up

Unfortunately this does happen in the 11. I just replaced my lighting flex (I didn't us ifixit which I believe is where my mistake was made lol) but now my phone reboots every 3 minutes and the panic log says no successful check ins from my thermal monitor so I have to order the part from ifixit and try again, hopefully fixing the problem.

@julieann37 New genuine Ifixit part will be your savior .

I appreciate the instruction. A couple parts I was worried about proceeding without seeing how to do it right. My phone is charging now when it wase’t with the old part.
I did it with the battery left in without issue.
I also never touched any of the components at the top like the camera.

Couldn’t manage a guide for this one?

Fast Version.
It should work without removing the top camera the mainboard and the battery.
Follow the video instructions from the beginning to 5:14 then jump to 7:21 follow the video to 8:05 and jump again to 8:46 follow the rest of the video.
(Compare how the old connector unit was folded and placed in the case especially on the left side)

For those that followed the video completely and did remove the motherboard, please note that the wireless charging coil flex connector was not re-connected at around 13:42 to 15:08 in the video, where the SIM tray is being re-installed!
You may not have noticed this if this is your first time doing this sort of repair.
It won't cause any problems with your normal charging of course, if you did miss this step. Just be aware.

I need to replace the charging port, battery, and screen! Process seems a little daunting. However my plans are to get a new phone anyway and keep my iPhone 11 for a backup. So I might just give this a try! Thanks!
