[* red] Remove the four 2.4 mm Phillips #00 screws attaching the LCD to the digitizerfront glass panel.
[* black] Rotate the top of the LCD 90 degrees away from the digitizerfront glass panel as shown in the second picture.
[* icon_caution] Rotate the LCD and digitizerfront glass panel slowly so you don't damage the antenna on the bottom of the LCD.
[* black] Separate the LCD and digitizerfront glass panel.
