	[* black] Step 2: Remove the Side Tilt Locking Nut
-	[* black] ~~Twist~~ the ~~knob to~~ the ~~left in order~~ to loosen it and then ~~remove~~ it ~~when it can slide~~ off
+	[* black] Grab the side tilt locking nut with your dominant hand and grab the pan handle with your other hand. Rotate the side tilt locking nut counterclockwise to loosen it and then pull it off.
