[* black] Re-attach the bolts removed in Step 3. It is recommended (but not necessary) to put each bolt into the proper holes before tightening.
-[* black] Note: When attaching the bolt for the seat, be sure that the bolt actually enters the bolt hole on the seat. If this bolt is not in the correct hole, this causes the tipping and dipping in the seat.
