[* black] Once turned off, Remove your battery from the battery case on the lower right hand corner of your camera.
-[* orange] To do this, place your finger firmly on the black rubber pad of the battery door and slide the door to the right. Once opened their should be a small orange button on the far right. This button is the battery release. To release the battery, slide this button downward (see photos)
