[* light_blue] ++***If you were looking to just remove your current chin rest to re-adjust it, carefully re-attach your chin rest by doing the following:***++
[* light_blue] ***Primarily,*** tighted back your chin rest just enough to hold it in your hand without it falling apart. (it's possible that it's too unstable to re-adjust on your violin.)
[* icon_note] Do this by inserting your chosen tool into the hole from the part of the chin rest that seems to be most unstable (left or right part) and twisting it to the right (tighty) to get it tighten.

With that said, also make sure that the replacement is loose enough ( by using chosen tool to twist left) to pop on the most comfortable place on your instrument for your chin when playing!
