| + | [* black] Remember back to step one. If your neck had a bow in it, you'll want to decrease the bow in the neck by tightening the truss rod. You do this by turning your allen wrench clockwise. |
| + | [* black] Similarly, if your neck has a hump to it, or bends upward, you'll want to decrease that hump by loosening the truss rod. You do this by turning your allen wrench counterclockwise. |
