Passo 1 Loosen the tread

Loosen the perlator using some water pump pliers or an appropriate sized wrench.
Use some folded up paper shop towel to prevent the pliers scratching up the perlator, if you want to reuse it.

Unscrew and remove the perlator by hand.
When screwing it on again just doing it finger tight will be alright, but you can also tighten it by following step one in reverse.
