Does your headlamp produce dim lighting despite a fresh set of batteries and a bulb? You may need to replace the lens piece - especially if the reflective mirror has become damaged or dull.

Passo 1 Extend the Damaged Lens Piece

Remove the damaged lens piece by rotating the lens piece counterclockwise (left) until the lens piece is fully extended.

Passo 2 Remove the Lens Piece

Remove the extended lens piece by firmly pulling the lens piece away from the battery housing. Take care to properly dispose of the damaged lens piece.

Passo 3 Attach the New Lens Piece

Attach the new lens piece by firmly pressing the open end of the lens piece onto the battery housing.

Passo 4 Secure the New Lens Piece

Secure the new lens piece onto the battery housing by turning the lens piece clockwise (right) until the headlamp turns on. You have just successfully replaced the lens piece.
