    • With opening picks we start to open the watch by lifting up the display bottom from left (about seven o'clock) in counterclockwise direction. In the left side there is a flexband that has to be disconnected.

    • Three screws are removed.

    • down on the left, a Flexband is carefully folded up and loosened. Below it, another screw is visible.

    • Remove this screw.

    • Then the board can be removed carefully.

    • If you look closely at the keys, you can see that the defective key no longer carries rubber dabs.

    • With a needle, the smallest drops of superglue are dripped into place of the missing rubber.

    • Now put everything together in reverse order. Remove the sealant before applying the display and stick it around with a new Tesa 61395 Tape 1mm.

    • Then insert the display and press down.

Conclusão

Repeat the steps in reverse order to reassemble your device.

thanks , I managed to fix my pebble time steel with this guide. it may not be waterproof but at least my buttons no longer stick…

I think the reason it failed was because some water already got inside… could get my pebble starting anymore

I would've liked to add an additional step, but it doesn't appear that I can - one other thing that I've found can cause buttons to stick is in the inside of the casing, on each button there's a little circlip that sits in a detent on the pokey bit - if this comes out of its detent, then the button can become quite hard to press and hard to work with. Unfortunately I can't post pictures here, but there's a picture in this Imgur thread of what I'm talking about: https://imgur.com/gallery/V4SUvbz
